Janice Allen’s passion to help people live productively in a new home and neighborhood is the fuel to her successful career. A resident of the Hudson Valley Region, Janice maximizes what she does best for the past 17 years as a Real Estate Broker in Westchester, Putnam and Southern Dutchess Counties. Her comprehensive knowledge of her communities, real estate market, and negotiation skills bring satisfied clients and successful deals to the table.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, ranked in the top 100 national universities, and a Master’s Degree from Drew University, Janice began her prosperous career in Business. Janice planted her management, marketing and technological expertise as an International Records and Information Manager at Fortune 500 companies, including Ford Motor Company WHQ, Phillip Morris International, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Janice’s real estate expertise is recognized in her book, Records Retention Guidelines for U.S. Based Real Estate Companies.
Janice’s talent extends to music, skilled with six instruments – flute, piano, organ, guitar, handbells, and tuba. Janice uses her musical flare in leading a handbell choir and an eight-piece band. She also plays golf and tennis, competing on USTA tennis traveling teams for women at the 3.5 level.
